Marlo Miller – Director of Human Resources

Marlo Miller serves as the Director of Human Resources for TDE Family Law & Divorce Attorneys, bringing a strategic, people-centered approach to supporting the firm and its continued growth. A SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with more than nine years of human resources experience and an academic background in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Liberty University, Marlo combines HR expertise with a genuine passion for developing people, strengthening leaders, and building healthy organizations.

Marlo leads the firm’s human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and workplace culture. She is committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported, are empowered to grow, and are equipped to contribute meaningfully to the continued success of the firm.

Known for her compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Marlo believes strong organizations are built by investing in their people. Her approach to human resources thoughtfully balances the needs of employees with the strategic goals of the organization, helping to cultivate a workplace where both people and the business can thrive.

Beyond her work in human resources, Marlo is a licensed and ordained minister who actively serves in her local church in Mableton, Georgia. She is also a Certified Life, Growth, and Leadership Coach and a contributing author of A Widow’s Resilience, an anthology project featuring the stories and perspectives of 14 women. These endeavors reflect her passion for encouraging others, sharing meaningful experiences, and helping people grow personally, professionally, and as leaders.

Outside of work, Marlo enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and nurturing her growing collection of plants.
