Charles H. Edwards Jr. – Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer at TDE Family Law & Divorce Attorneys, he leads the firm’s business-development strategy, cultivates strategic partnerships, strengthens brand visibility, and identifies opportunities for sustainable growth. Having served TDE in various capacities since 2009, he brings valuable institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of the firm’s mission, values, and long-term vision.

Before joining TDE, he served the Clayton County community for nearly 10 years as a firefighter and Fire Marshal. His public-safety career taught him how to lead under pressure, communicate effectively, assess risk, remain prepared, and earn the trust of the people he served. Those experiences continue to shape his leadership style and service-first approach at TDE.

A 2003 graduate of Purdue University, he believes meaningful growth begins with hard work, preparation, integrity, and strong relationships. His approach to business development centers on creating authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships that provide lasting value to TDE, its clients, its partners, and the communities the firm serves. His vision is for TDE to continue expanding its reach while maintaining the personal attention and commitment to service that distinguishes the firm.

Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fitness, outdoor activities, and everything automotive. He is a diehard New York Knicks and Buffalo Bills fan and has a genuine passion for cars.
