Brandon Russell – Client Relations Manager

Brandon serves as Client Relations Manager at TDE Family Law & Divorce Attorneys, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales management to his role. A graduate of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Logistics, he brings a strong background in leadership, client relations, team development, and business operations. He is also a member of BNI, a professional business networking organization.

At TDE, Brandon plays an integral role in overseeing the client intake, consultation, follow-up, and conversion process. His approach is centered on empathy, communication, consistency, and accountability. He believes exceptional client service begins with listening, understanding, and communicating with purpose, with the goal of ensuring every potential client feels valued, informed, and supported as they navigate difficult circumstances.

Outside of TDE, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, cheering on the “The Tide” on Saturdays, and follows the Chicago Bears on Sundays. His hobbies include DIY woodworking projects, detailing cars, grilling, and collecting sneakers and tools.
